1. Platform Overview

Thrifty Crafter uses WooCommerce and WCFM Marketplace to allow independent vendors to manage their own shops. We provide the platform and tools; vendors manage their listings, transactions, and customer service.

2. Account Creation & Use

• Buyers may check out as guests or create an account to track orders.
• Vendors must apply and be approved to open a store.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure and your information accurate.

3. Buyers: What to Know

• Purchases are made directly from vendors, not Thrifty Crafter.
• Shipping, descriptions, and return policies are set by each vendor.
• Contact the vendor directly with product questions or issues.
• If a dispute arises, our support team can help mediate.

4. Vendors: Responsibilities

• Vendors manage their stores using the WCFM Vendor Dashboard.
• Vendors must list items honestly, ship promptly, and provide good service.
• Prohibited items include expired or unsafe supplies, recalled goods, or non-craft-related products.
• Thrifty Crafter may remove listings or suspend stores that violate guidelines.
• Commission & Fees:
  • • Thrifty Crafter takes a small commission on each sale, deducted automatically. Listing is free, though premium seller features may be added later.

5. Shipping & Fulfillment

• Vendors are responsible for shipping their orders on time.
• Vendors must set shipping costs and policies clearly during product listing.
• Tracking numbers should be provided when available.

6. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

• Each vendor sets their own return and cancellation policy.
• Unless noted otherwise, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
• We encourage fair resolutions. Thrifty Crafter can help if needed.

7. Prohibited Use

By using the site, you agree not to:

    • Sell unsafe, counterfeit, or stolen goods.
    • Spam, harass, or exploit other users.
    • Arrange transactions off-platform to avoid fees.

8. Site Use & Maintenance

We work hard to keep Thrifty Crafter running, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted access. Downtime may occur for updates or maintenance.

9. Content & Copyright

You retain ownership of your uploaded content, but you give Thrifty Crafter permission to display and promote it on our platform and social media. Only upload content you own or are authorized to share.

10. Liability

Thrifty Crafter is not liable for losses or issues related to:
